No prior glass art experience is required for the Maintain Assistant position at Pilchuck Glass School. You will join a team of three that assists the year-round maintenance crew with various projects across the campus. The workday starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. This role welcomes individuals of all experience levels in glass, including artists interested in learning about glass as well as those who enjoy outdoor, hands-on work. A passion for teamwork and a willingness to tackle a variety of labor-intensive tasks are essential.
